# dpkg -l | grep konq-
ii  konq-plugins-trinity                  4:14.0.1~pre6-0debian8.0.0+0
        amd64        plugins for Konqueror, the Trinity file/web/doc
browser

The 4th tab and the "Copy to" "Move to" now appear.

I'd recommend that be an automatically selected item when installing
the full desktop.
