The above is what I get back from the command.
However "apt list aspell" returns the above infomation and 
"apt list aspell-en" returns "aspell-en/stable 7.1-0-1.1 all"


Kwrite gives me the error message:-

The spelling program could not be started. Please make sure that you 
have set the correct spelling program and that it is properly 
configured and in your path.

Path returns:-

/opt/trinity/bin
/usr/local/bin
/opt/trinity/bin
/usr/bin
/bin
/usr/local/games
/usr/games
/usr/share/aspell


Apologies but I'm somewhat lost.
