The redirector is still the correct official answer because you can
encounter inconsistencies or out of date information on mirrors.
But until the redirector can be moved to a first class data center
we maybe should reconsider that official answer.

OTOH IIRC you have just chosen a mirror which is not on Tim's
recommended list and which is currently two days out of date.

In your location I would use one of the mirrorservice.org mirrors
as they are capably administered by the University of Kent.
