I've posted in FZ's forum. There is definitely something wrong with
FZ reacting on dropping, because:
1. Dragging from Konqueror to folder in FileZilla's directory tree
works well. 
2. Dragging from Konqueror to FileZilla's files panel doesn't work. 
3. Dragging from Konqueror to FileZilla's file panel with Ctrl pressed
works.
I don't know how Linux distinguishes copy/move from drag and drop, but
probably FZ fails to detect them properly.
