The Konstruct page was part of a mass-port of KDE3 documentation
from the KDE wiki, so that it wouldn't be lost if they finally decided to
purge it.  Much of it still has value (design and specification information
about the original code), but I believe that page was obsolete when I
copied it in.  I think there had been some interest at one time in reviving 
Konstruct, which was why I included it.

So that's why the timestamp is relatively recent (and why it's clearly
marked as "KDE 3.5" and not "TDE").
