IMO, this is not the spirit to use on TDE mailing lists, no offense.
If you dislike a particular thing/program/feature, just do not use it.
Comments like the one above sounds very rude. I would expect some like those on
other ML, not on TDE's ML.

By the way, for those who DO like and use Kate, in R14.1.x there will be a new session panel
and new features (such as read only sessions) which will make really easy to switch between
different scenarios. The work is still on going and far from being finished, so do not expect
it too soon though ;-)
