Two things I can think of:
-One is a possible glitch in LO (did you upgrade LO or any of the related dependencies recently?).
-The other is a possible glitch in Klipper (TDE's clipboard manager, it's the Clipboard icon in the system tray with the K on it). The only solution here I can think of is to remove ~/.trinity/share/apps/klipper and ~/.trinity/share/config/klipperrc, uninstall/purge klipper-trinity (or whatever the package name is on your distro), then reinstall Klipper, and finally relaunch it.
