When I use my kvm switch to switch to another computer (well .. it is 
actually just K/M, I have video monitors attached to both so I can see 
both) then TDE puts up the "secure desktop area" dialog, hiding my desktop.

It says <username> is currently logged on, and gives options for Lock 
Session, Task Manager, Logoff, Menu, Cancel.

How can I disable this "secure desktop area" dialog? I never want to see 
it again. If I switch my keyboard and mouse away from this computer, I 
want to continue to see whatever was showing before.
