There's a patch that fixes this, although I also think this may have
something to do with one of mdv's packages.
(/me doesn't remember exactly, he forgets if there was a mailing list
discussion or not...)

This is with autoconf, right? How did you get it to build with a newer version?
I've had to stop building RPMs for the time being because cmake
porting isn't finished.
