so I guessed. But why has it been removed while performing a aptitude 

I think I got it perhaps of my other errors (while performing the upgrade:

404  Not Found

the missing packages from above where installed from the local repo, 
baybe the removed kpilot results from that error. Sadly the "local" repo 
is 1h bicycle ride away...
